Please understand that this policy is based on fairness to you, your therapist, and other clients needing appointments. There is a high demand for services and for certain times of day, and when you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I appreciate your understanding. 

I direct bill through many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP or EFAP) allowing for no out-of-pocket cost to you!
